Design Delivery Schedule definition

Design Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Drawings set forth in Exhibit C-3.
Design Delivery Schedule means the schedule covering Design Services to be performed by the Architect and the Architect’s Consultants as set forth in Article 4 of the Design Services Agreement, and as the same may be modified by mutual agreement of the Parties
Design Delivery Schedule means the schedule covering design services to be performed by the Design Team set forth in the Design Services Agreement, or as otherwise agreed upon by the Architect and the Parties.

  • The AGENCY shall strictly adhere to the Technical Specifications, TOR, Feasibility Study, Detailed Engineering and Design, Delivery Schedule, and such other related procurement documents forming part of the Bidding Documents in connection with the award of contract to the winning bidder.

  • No later than 15 Days following delivery of the “Full FEED Package” (as set forth in the Design Delivery Schedule), Company shall deliver to Owner a revised Scope of Work sufficient for the completion of the Work and the Project and fully describing the categories of Work included in the Scope of Work attached hereto as of the Effective Date and any other Work determined to be required during the design process.

  • The AGENCY shall strictly adhere to the Technical Specifications, TOR, Feasibility Study, Detailed Engineering and Design, Delivery Schedule, and such other related procurement documents forming part of the Bidding Documents alongside award of contract to the winning bidder.

  • Company shall deliver to Owner (i) the Basis of Design and Detailed Engineering by the Guaranteed Basis of Design Date consistent with the Functional Specifications, as determined by Owner in its reasonable discretion, and (ii) each of the Drawings and specifications for the Work on the date specified for the delivery of such Drawings and specifications on the Design Delivery Schedule for Owner’s review.

  • No later than 15 Days following delivery of the “Full FEED Package” (as set forth in the Design Delivery Schedule), Company shall deliver to Owner a revised draft of Exhibit C-1.1 that includes any additions or changes to the Project Schedule as a result of design process.

  • The Construction Team shall regularly identify Critical Design Decisions necessary for the Project’s design and construction to stay current with and meet the timing and deadlines of the Design Delivery Schedule, construction schedule and Project Schedule which are essential for achieving the timely completion of the design, commencement of construction and completion of the Project within the Project Budget.

  • For each respective design phase of the Project, the Representatives will review the documents submitted, submit any comments to the other Representative and the Architect in writing or as otherwise agreed by the Parties, and work in good faith and use commercially reasonable efforts to reach agreement upon and approve Critical Design Decisions for the Design Documents within the timeframe set forth in the Design Delivery Schedule, or as otherwise determined by the Representatives.

Related to Design Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.

  • Design-Build Firm means a partnership, corporation or other legal entity that:

  • Purchase Order Number means the Customer’s unique number relating to the supply of the Services;

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.
