Design for Development definition

Design for Development means a document that establishes conceptual frameworks for land use, urban form, streets and public spaces in the Project Area and that provides non-binding background guidance explaining the purpose and objectives of the Development Controls and Design Guidelines.
Design for Development means that certain 5M Design for Development adopted by the City Planning Commission by Resolution No. on , 2015 as same may be amended from time to time.
Design for Development is defined in the DDA. “Developer” is defined in the DDA.

Design for Development means the Visitacion Valley/ Schlage Lock Design for Development, which establishes a set of development controls and design guidelines used along with the Planning Code to regulate new development in the Project Area.
