Agency Commission. Any compensation received by you with respect to the sale of shares of a Fund shall be deemed to be charged by you to your customer as an agency commission. The schedule of sales charges, commissions and dealer concessions described in the applicable Prospectus and related Statement of Additional Information shall apply and the amount of the agency commission shall equal the applicable amount payable as compensation to a dealer in connection with the sale of shares of a Fund. You agree that you will not combine customer orders to reach breakpoints in commissions for any purpose unless authorized by the Prospectus or in writing. You agree that you will apply any scheduled variation, or elimination of, the sales charge uniformly to all offerees in the class specified in the
Agency Commission. The Borrower shall pay the Agent an annual agency commission whose conditions are established in a separate letter.
Agency Commission. Agency Commission: EBX may in its sole and absolute discretion apply Agency Commission in respect of the purchase of Advertising by that Agency and for the avoidance of doubt this will not exceed [%] of the Gross Expenditure payable to EBX. EBX requires Buyers to comply with the definition of an Agency before it can be considered eligible for Agency Commission. Application: Agency Commission is only applied to the actual cost of the Advertising and is not applied to any other charges such as late payment surcharges, cancellation fees, late changes charges, alternative Copy surcharges or any deferment charges. Transparency: The Agency is responsible for disclosing to the Advertiser appropriate details of any Campaign including the amount it earns on the Campaign and it undertakes to EBX that it will do so. In relation to this and notwithstanding the confidentiality provisions in this Agreement, EBX also grants the Agency permission to disclose the amount of any Agency Commission to any relevant Advertiser. Invoice: EBX will invoice every Campaign by Advertiser separately and will report the amount and % of the Agency commission on the face of the invoice, enabling the Agency to share the invoice with the Advertiser therefore providing full transparency on cost and commission.
Agency Commission. An annual agency commission shall accrue in the amount and other conditions agreed in a separate letter with the Agent.
Agency Commission. As further consideration for Agency’s agreement to the obligations set forth herein, WTVQ will pay recognized agencies a commission of up to fifteen percent (15%).
Agency Commission. MUNICH MODELS shall not charge any agency commissions for the arrangements made (bookings) to the Model; such commissions shall billed exclusively to the client.

After Party A pays the third-party intermediary commission generated by the leasing transaction of new customers directly to Party B, Party B then pays it to the relevant third-party agency company. Regarding the commission policy of the third-party agency company, the two parties will make timely suggestions based on the market conditions at each marketing stage during the validity period of this agreement, and it will be implemented after written consent of both parties.
Agency Commission. Lessor and Lessee recognize Xxxxx Xxxx LaSalle (“JLL”) as the exclusive real estate agent representing Lessee in this transaction. Lessor shall pay JLL a market standard commission of $1.00 times the number of Rentable Square Feet leased each year by Lessee (the “Commission”). One-half of the Commission shall be due and payable at the time this Amendment is fully executed; the remaining one-half of the Commission shall be due and payable the first business day following the Existing Expiration Date.
