Design Professional of Record definition

Design Professional of Record means an Owner provided Design Professional.
Design Professional of Record means the architectural and/or engineering professional identified in the Design Build Entity’s Proposal that is properly qualified and licensed in the State of California and is part of the Design Build Entity..
Design Professional of Record is the Design Professional retained by the Design Builder as the lead designer that is responsible for overall management of the various Design Services. The Design Professional of Record is identified in the Business Terms Sheet. Notwithstanding, each Design Professionals is responsible for stamping their own respective design and are the architect or engineer of record with respect to their portion of the Design Services.

  • Owner Drawings Graphic and pictorial renderings provided by the Owner or by Owner’s Design Professional of Record as a component of a Detailed Statement of Work, illustrating the design, character, location, and dimensions of the Project that will be provided, generally including but not limited to, elevations, sections, details, and General Notes.

  • Design Professional means architect or engineer.

  • Licensed mental health professional or "LMHP" means a physician, licensed clinical psychologist, licensed professional counselor, licensed clinical social worker, licensed substance abuse treatment practitioner, licensed marriage and family therapist, certified psychiatric clinical nurse specialist, licensed behavior analyst, or licensed psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner.

  • Licensed health care professional means a person who possesses a professional medical license that is valid in Oregon. Examples include, but are not limited to, a registered nurse (RN), nurse practitioner (NP), licensed practical nurse (LPN), medical doctor (MD), osteopathic physician (DO), respiratory therapist (RT), physical therapist (PT), physician assistant (PA), or occupational therapist (OT).
