Designated Access Provider definition

Designated Access Provider means the entity or entities designated now or in the future by the City to manage or co-manage Access Channels and facilities. The City may be a Designated Access Provider.
Designated Access Provider means the entity or entities designated by the Grantor to manage or co-manage Public, Educational or Governmental use Channels and facilities. The Grantor may be a Designated Access Provider.

Designated Access Provider means the entity or entities designated now or in the future by the Town to manage or co-manage Access Channel and facilities. The Town may be a Designated Access Provider.
