Designated Channels. BBC radio channels other than the Domestic Services and/or the World Service as listed in Schedule Six or as determined by the Radio Forum from time to time
Designated Channels means the channel(s) designated by a CCSS Member to receive and record Complaints raised by Customers;

  • You agree to comply with all applicable guidelines, policies, rules and other documents which we may issue from time to time in connection with your use of any of our Designated Channels.

  • We may, at our sole discretion, modify the Designated Channels and/or any accompanying Designated Channel documentation at any time.

Related to Designated Channels

  • Channels means the standard definition (SD) channel(s)/ high definition (HD) channels, as the case maybe and more specifically listed out by the Broadcaster, along with their Nature, Maximum Retail Price (if any) and respective genre, in Annexure B annexed to this Agreement that are owned/operated by the Broadcaster (including its subsidiary company or holding company or subsidiary of the holding company) ;

  • Designated country means any of the following countries:

  • Nondesignated country end product means any end product that is not a U.S.-made end product or a designated country end product.

  • Subscribed Channels means the channels from amongst the Channels subscribed/carried by the Operator, as are specifically identified by the Operator by assigning tick marks (✔) against such channels from amongst the Channels listed in Annexure A to this Agreement.

  • Designated Computer means the computers and the upgraded computers thereof installed in the offices of the Licensee.

  • Designated country end product means a WTO GPA country end product, a Free Trade Agreement country end product, a least developed country end product, or a Caribbean Basin country end product.

  • Participating Countries means, collectively, all such countries.”

  • Designated Company means any Subsidiary or Affiliate that has been designated by the Administrator from time to time in its sole discretion as eligible to participate in the Plan. For purposes of the 423 Component, only the Company and its Subsidiaries may be Designated Companies, provided, however that at any given time, a Subsidiary that is a Designated Company under the 423 Component will not be a Designated Company under the Non-423 Component.

  • Competing Program has the meaning set forth in Section 8.5.

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Designated caregiver means a person who:

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements.
