Designated CMT Moneyline Telerate Page means the display on the Telerate Service, or any successor service on the page specified in the applicable pricing supplement, or any other page as may replace such page on that service, or any successor service, for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519). If no such page is specified in the applicable pricing supplement, the Designated CMT Telerate Page shall be 7052, for the most recent week.
Designated CMT Moneyline Telerate Page means, if the Base Rate is the CMT Rate, the Moneyline Telerate Page specified on the face hereof that displays Treasury constant maturities as reported in H.15(519), provided that, if no Moneyline Telerate Page is so specified, then the applicable page will be Moneyline Telerate Page 7052 and provided, further, that if Moneyline Telerate Page 7052 applies but it is not specified on the face hereof whether the weekly or monthly average applies, the weekly average will apply.
Designated CMT Moneyline Telerate Page means the display on Moneyline Telerate (or any successor service) on the page specified on the face hereof (or any other page as may replace such page on such service) for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519) or, if no such page is specified on the face hereof, page 7052.

  • Designated LIBOR Page means the display on Reuters Screen, LIBOR01 Page or any successor service or any page as may replace the designated page on that service or any successor service that displays the London interbank rates of major banks for U.S. Dollars.
