Prior to commencing the Work, the Shareholder shall give at least five (5) days' prior written notice to the Corporation's Designated Engineer, the superintendent of the Building and the Managing Agent of the date on which the Work will commence and the estimated duration of the Work.
If any portion of the Work should enclose such valves, contrary to the provisions of this Agreement, if requested by the Condominium's Designated Engineer, such portion shall be uncovered at Unit Owner's expense for observation.
