Designated Engineer definition

Designated Engineer means, at any time, one or more of any of (a) Wxxxxxxxxx Petroleum Consultants, Inc., (b) Cxxxxx Gxxxxxxxx & Associates, Inc., (c) Netherland, Sxxxxx & Associates, Inc., (d) Rxxxx Xxxxx Company, (e) Gruy Engineering Corporation or (f) any other petroleum engineer selected by the Borrower and reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Designated Engineer means, a designated SP-ACS engineer acting as the primary interface with Customer for its internal network.
Designated Engineer means an engineer appointed by a licensee to be responsible for the application of these Regulations;

Examples of Designated Engineer in a sentence

  • Prior to commencing the Work, the Shareholder shall give at least five (5) days' prior written notice to the Corporation's Designated Engineer, the superintendent of the Building and the Managing Agent of the date on which the Work will commence and the estimated duration of the Work.

  • If any portion of the Work should enclose such valves, contrary to the provisions of this Agreement, if requested by the Condominium's Designated Engineer, such portion shall be uncovered at Unit Owner's expense for observation.

More Definitions of Designated Engineer

Designated Engineer means an independent, qualified engineer, who shall also be an attorney, of nationally recognized standing and mutually acceptable to the parties hereto.
Designated Engineer means an employee of Parent or a member of Parent Group that is an engineer or other similar technical professional and who is employed in the PRC, in each case whose salary grade is at or above General Salary Range 7 (GSR7) as designated in Parent’s employment policies (or the equivalent grade in any successor policies as notified to Buyers from time to time).

  • SBI Engineer means The Civil/Electrical Engineer in-charge of the Project, as nominated by the AGM (P&E), SBI, RAJKOT

  • Banks Engineer means any Engineer who is employed by SBI or any other Engineer appointed from time to time by the Employer, and certified in writing to the Architect and the contractor, to act as Engineer for the purpose of the Contract in place of the said engineer.

  • Superintending Engineer means the In-charge Superintending Engineer of the Institute, who as overall In-charge and head of the Institute Works Department shall direct the contract.

  • Professional Engineer means a person entitled to practise as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario under a licence issued under the Professional Engineers Act;

  • Consulting Engineers means the independent engineer or engineering firm or corporation employed in connection with any Project to perform and carry out the duties of the Consulting Engineer under this Indenture or any Supplemental Indenture.

  • Design engineer means a person professionally qualified and duly licensed in New Jersey to perform engineering services that may include, but not necessarily be limited to, development of project requirements, creation and development of project design and preparation of drawings and specifications.

  • Architect/Engineer means the person designated by the Commissioner to provide the Contract drawings and Detailed Specifications for the Work you are to perform.

  • Project Architect means the professional architect or engineer employed by the Owner as architect or engineer of record for the Project and its consultants.

  • Engineering Consultant means a person or firm that has the expertise in the engineering aspects of the type of system by which the withdrawn area is receiving service that is necessary to make the determination required under Subsections (5)(f) and (g).

  • City Engineer s Representative” shall mean an assistant of the City Engineer i.e. rank of Executive Engineer who will be called as Engineer-in-charge of work notified in writing to the Contractor by the City Engineer.

  • Project Director means an employee of the Recipient designated by the Authorized Representative to be responsible for the overall management of the administrative and technical aspects of the executed Agreement. The Project Director is set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.
