Designated Fees definition

Designated Fees shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 16.03.
Designated Fees means the fees for the Designated Services set forth in Exhibit 4.
Designated Fees means the the SI Services Fees and the Steady State Fees set forth in EXHIBIT 4.

More Definitions of Designated Fees

Designated Fees means the sum of the property management fees paid or payable to the Advisor or its Affiliates with respect to each property which becomes the subject of a Designated Property Management Agreement during the twelve month period immediately prior to the management agreement covering such property becoming a Designated Property Management Agreement minus Excluded Management Fees. In the event the Advisor or its Affiliates managed any such property for less than the twelve months required for this calculation, the amount during the actual period managed shall be annualized.
Designated Fees means the fixed annual fees set forth in Exhibit 3 for the Designated Services.
Designated Fees shall have the meaning as set forth in SECTION 16.03.

Related to Designated Fees

  • Audit-Related Fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the last two fiscal years for assurance and related services by the issuer's external auditor that are reasonably related to the performance of the audit or review of the issuer's financial statements and are not reported under "Audit Fees" above.

  • Management Fees means, with respect to each Project for any period, an amount equal to the greater of (i) actual management fees payable with respect thereto and (ii) three percent (3%) per annum on the aggregate base rent and percentage rent due and payable under leases at such Project.

  • Annual Fees means the annual fees determined by the Council in terms of section 27;

  • Commitment Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(a).

  • Investment Management Fee means each of the Senior Investment Management Fee, the Subordinated Investment Management Fee and the Incentive Investment Management Fee.

  • Additional Fees means those prices for the Additional Goods/Services and additional costs and levies required from time to time and notified to you in advance, to provide adequately for the education and related activities and services provided to your Child, including the costs of extra-curricular activities or special educational needs;

  • prescribed fee means a fee determined by the Council by resolution in terms of section 10G(7)(a)(ii) of the Local Government Transition Act, 1993 (Act No. 209 of 1993), or any other applicable legislation;

  • Reimbursement Payment shall have the meaning given to that term in Subparagraph 2.02(c).

  • Qualified higher education expenses means qualified higher education expenses as defined in section 529 of the internal revenue code.

  • Qualified expenses means lost wages not compensated by sick pay and unreimbursed medical expenses as defined for federal income tax purposes, to the extent not deducted in computing federal taxable income, whether or not the taxpayer itemizes federal income tax deductions.

  • Post-secondary education costs means tuition and other fees associated with obtaining credit from a post-secondary educational institution.

  • Administrative Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Development Fees means fees imposed to offset capital costs of providing public infrastructure, public safety or other public services to a development and authorized pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-463.05, A.R.S. Section 11-1102 or A.R.S. Title 48 regardless of the jurisdiction to which the fees are paid.

  • L/C Participation Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05(c).

  • Advisory Fees means financial advisory fees, closing fees, transaction fees, monitoring fees, oversight fees and similar fees, expenses and indemnities payable by the Loan Parties pursuant to the Advisory Agreement, but in the case of any such fees not to exceed the amounts payable in respect thereof under the Advisory Agreement as in effect on the Closing Date.

  • Participation Fee means the amount payable by the Participant to the Council for the right to participate in the Hong Kong Pavilion at the Exhibition, as specified in Section I of the Application Form.

  • Reimbursement Amount As defined in Section 2.04.

  • Sponsor Termination Fees means the one-time payment under the Sponsor Management Agreement of a termination fee to the Sponsor and its Affiliates in the event of either a Change of Control or the completion of a Qualifying IPO.

  • Success Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(d).

  • Maximum Allowable Payment means the maximum amount, as established by AvMed, which AvMed will pay for any Covered Service rendered by a Non-Participating Provider or supplier of services, medications or supplies, except for Emergency Medical Services and Care as defined herein. The Maximum Allowable Payment may be changed at any time by AvMed without notice to you or your consent.
