State Street and the Fund shall be responsible for supplying, installing and maintaining the Designated Configuration at the Designated Locations.
Except in the event of an emergency or of a planned System shutdown, the Fund’s access to services performed by the System or to Data Access Services at the Designated Locations may be transferred to a different location only upon the prior written consent of State Street.
