Designated Machine definition

Designated Machine means a server or workstation designated by Licensee to execute a Licensed Program associated with a unique database instance.
Designated Machine means a machine marketed directly by LICENSOR or indirectly by others with the approval of LICENSOR and on which the Software Products are identified for use.
Designated Machine means the machine or machines enabled to access the SAAS Service by use of the Learner Client.

More Definitions of Designated Machine

Designated Machine means the single machine on which you may use the Program at any one time.
Designated Machine means the central processing unit or workstation identified in the applicable Order, by (i) type, serial number and target ID; (ii) installation address; and (iii) if applicable, a number of Concurrent Users or a particular named User or Users. Licensed Program means (i) any data processing program within the Company’s CADAM/CCD Brand for which a license is ordered by Licensee pursuant to an Order, consisting of a series of instructions or databases in machine readable form, and (ii) associated Documentation.
Designated Machine means a server or workstation designated by Licensee to execute a Licensed Program associated with a unique database instance. Development Tool Kit means a Licensed Program specifically designed for application or content development. A Development Tool Kit is either identified with “CAA” or “ENOVIA Studio” in the Licensed Program reference, or as a development tool kit in the Product Portfolio available at xxxx://xxx.0xx.xxx/terms/product- portfolio. Documentation means, at any time, the current user documentation in any form or media as delivered together with the Licensed Program by DS for use in connection with such Licensed Program. DS (or Company) means the DS Group Company which is identified as a party to the Agreement.
Designated Machine means the computer hardware and operating environment identified on the Order Form.
Designated Machine refers to one (1) computer set up for the purpose of using the Software.
