Designated Machine definition

Designated Machine means a server or workstation designated by Licensee to execute a Licensed Program associated with a unique database instance.

Examples of Designated Machine in a sentence

  • If the Designated Machine cannot assemble or compile the ICA Program, Customer may assemble or compile the ICA Program on another machine.

  • Designated Machine is either 1) the machine on which you will use an ICA Program for processing and which IBM requires you to identify to it by type/model and serial number, or 2) any machine on which you use the ICA Program if IBM does not require you to provide this identification.

  • Solution Provider may reproduce the Licensed Products, in Object Code form, only to the extent necessary for installation on the sole Designated Machine(s) or for the designated user(s), and for a single back-up copy per Designated Machine.

  • If the Designated Machine cannot assemble or compile the ICA Program, you may assemble or compile the ICA Program on another machine.

  • Store the Program You may store the Program's machine-readable portion in, transmit it through and display it on Machines associated with the Designated Machine.

Designated Machine means the machine or machines enabled to access the SAAS Service by use of the Learner Client.

  • Stinger-steered automobile or watercraft transporter means an automobile or watercraft transporter
