Designated Paid. Holiday" means the twenty-four (24) hour period commencing at 12:01 a.m. of a Designated Paid Holiday specified in this Agreement;

Examples of Designated Paid in a sentence

  • Payments provided under the Overtime, Designated Paid Holiday and Standby provisions of this collective agreement and clause B5.01 of this Article shall not be pyramided; that is, an employee shall not receive more than one compensation for the same service.

  • B7.03 Designated Paid Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest When a day designated as a paid holiday under clause B7.01 coincides with an employee’s day of rest, the holiday shall be moved to the employee’s first normal working day following such employee’s day of rest.

  • Designated Paid HolidaysThe President shall be entitled to designated paid holidays on the same basis as employees in the Public Service Alliance of Canada.

  • Designated Paid HolidaysThe 1st National Vice-President shall be entitled to designated paid holidays on the same basis as employees in the Public Service Alliance of Canada.

  • Designated Paid Holidays - Leave General -Sick Leave - Vacation Leave with Pay - Special Leave - Other Types of Leave.

  • Article Designated Paid Holidays A designated paid holiday coinciding with a day of rest shall account for seven (7) hours only.

  • Designated Party means any person listed:

  • Designated Payment Office means the Office of NYSERDA’s Controller, located at 00 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000.

  • Designated Persons means a person or entity (a) listed in the annex to, or otherwise subject to the provisions of, any Executive Order; (b) named as a “Specially Designated National and Blocked Person” (“SDN”) on the most current list published by OFAC at its official website or any replacement website or other replacement official publication of such list (the “SDN List”) or is otherwise the subject of any Sanctions Laws and Regulations; (c) in which an entity or person on the SDN List has 50% or greater ownership interest or that is otherwise controlled by an SDN.

  • Equity Investment means (i) an Equity Security; and (ii) an ownership interest in any company or other entity, any membership interest that includes a voting right in any company or other entity, any interest in real estate; and any investment or transaction which in substance falls into any of these categories even though it may be structured as some other form of investment or transaction.

  • Designated Amount means the lesser of:

  • Designated Payment/Transfer Office means (i) with respect to the initial Paying Agent/Registrar named herein, its office in Dallas, Texas, or at such other location designated by the Paying Agent/Registrar and (ii) with respect to any successor Paying Agent/Registrar, the office of such successor designated and located as may be agreed upon by the City and such successor.

  • Representative Amount means an amount that is representative for a single transaction in the relevant market at the relevant time.

  • Permitted Payments to Parent means, without duplication as to amounts:

  • Permitted Payment as defined in Subsection 8.2(b).

  • Designated Percentage shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1(a) hereof.

  • Designated Investor means an Investor (a) that has been approved in writing as a Designated Investor by Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders, in their sole discretion, and (b) in respect of which there has been delivered to Administrative Agent:

  • Designated Affiliate means the affiliates of the Corporation designated by the Committee for purposes of the Plan from time to time;

  • Designated means designated as a public service agency under the FLSA;

  • Public Side Lender Representatives means, with respect to any Lender, representatives of such Lender that do not wish to receive MNPI.

  • Equity Investments shall have the meaning provided in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Minority Investment means any Person (other than a Subsidiary) in which the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary owns Capital Stock.

  • Permitted Payments has the meaning specified in Section 7.06(b).

  • Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Designated Borrower has the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph hereto.

  • Demand side management means the management of customer

  • Related Party(ies) means, with respect to any Person, such Person’s Affiliates, and the partners, members, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, trustees and advisors of such Person and of such Person’s Affiliates.

  • Special Purpose Investment Personnel means each SEI Access Person who, in connection with his or her regular functions (including, where appropriate, attendance at Board meetings and other meetings at which the official business of a Trust or any Fund thereof is discussed or carried on), obtains contemporaneous information regarding the purchase or sale of a Security by a Fund. Special Purpose Investment Personnel shall occupy this status only with respect to those Securities as to which he or she obtains such contemporaneous information.
