Destination Amount definition

Destination Amount means, as the case requires, an amount listed in a Settlement Schedule as an amount that is to be paid to an Australian bank account from the Source Funds listed in the relevant Settlement Schedule. "Duty Line Item" is a line item in the Settlement Schedule completed by a Participating Subscriber that details an amount of stamp duty to be paid to the listed Duty Authority from a Destination Amount.
