Destination Plant definition

Destination Plant means TVA's Colbert, New Johnsonville and Gallatin Fossil Plant or such other destination as TVA may elect under Subsection 14.g. of this contract.
Destination Plant means that TVA fossil-fired power plant designated in the Request for Proposals under which this contract was awarded or such other destination as TVA may elect under Subsection 14.g. of this contract.
Destination Plant means the unloading dock or rail siding at a plant at any U.S. destination, or at any U.S. port of export, in each case as specified by Clarendon in shipping instructions given pursuant to Section 4.4.

  • If there is more than one destination generating plant, Buyer may not designate a Plant as a Force Majeure Destination Plant if at the time of such designation it is then being adversely impacted by an event of Force Majeure.

  • Upon written notice to Seller, Buyer may modify the Force Majeure Destination Plant.

  • For all barge-delivered coal Contractor shall forward by fax to the individual named in the consigning instructions, Destination Plant Manager(s), and Terminal Supervisor, if applicable, a daily notification, as to coal shipped.

  • For all rail-delivered coal Contractor shall forward by fax to the Destination Plant Manager(s) and Contract Administrator and Terminal Supervisor, a daily notification, as to coal shipped.

  • If the normal operations in conformance with the design capabilities of the Destination Plant cannot be accomplished with the coal delivered hereunder, although the coal complies with the quality and size requirements of this Section 9, TVA may then terminate Contractor's right to make further deliveries, and this contract shall be canceled without further obligation or liability to either party.

  • Therefore, transportation of coal by Contractor to barge or rail loading facilities or, if applicable, to the Destination Plant shall comply with applicable highway laws and regulations governing the weight of vehicles.

  • Contractor will analyze the first split and fax the results to the Contract Administrator who administers this Contract for TVA and to the Coal Records Clerk and Yard Operations Supervisor at the Destination Plant.

  • TVA reserves the right not to unload coal at the Destination Plant until after the appropriate analysis is received.

  • The sampling location shall be the Destination Plant unless TVA notifies Contractor in writing that samples will be taken at other locations, including blending facilities.

  • This Contract is not and shall not be construed as a “requirements contract” for all of TVA’s coal requirements for any Destination Plant.

Related to Destination Plant

  • Destination means any place where the Insured expects to travel to on his/her Trip other than Return Destination as shown on the travel documents.

  • Destination Point means the delivery point(s) on Carrier’s System where Product is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming business facility that will be among the most visited privately owned or operated tourism or recreation sites in the State, and which is located within the qualified incentive area and has been determined by the authority to be in an area appropriate for development and in need of economic development incentive assistance, including a non-gaming business within an established Tourism District with a significant impact on the economic viability of that District.

  • Destination facility means a facility that treats, disposes of, or recycles a particular category of universal waste, except those management activities described in subparagraphs (a) and (c) of sections 273.13 and 273.33. A facility at which a particular category of universal waste is only accumulated, is not a destination facility for purposes of managing that category of universal waste.

  • CIP (Destinations) means Carriage and Insurance Paid up to named port of destination. Additionally the Insurance (local transportation and storage) would be extended and borne by the Supplier from ware house to the consignee site for a period including 3 months beyond date of delivery.
