Developed Floor Area definition

Developed Floor Area or “FA” means all of the square footage of enclosed area within the perimeter of a non-residential structure, not including any space devoted to vehicle parking and areas incident thereto. The determination of Developed Floor Area shall be made by reference to the building permit(s) issued for such Assessor’s Parcel.
Developed Floor Area means for any Dwelling Unit, the square footage of assessable space of each Dwelling Unit as defined in Government Code section 65995, subdivision (b)(1). For purposes of this determination, such square footage of assessable space shall be, and the City, acting for CFD No. 2020-2, may rely on, the square footage as identified on the Building
Developed Floor Area means the total area of the horizontal areas of all floors and areas in all buildings on a Lot, as measured and determined by the Gunnison County Assessor.

Examples of Developed Floor Area in a sentence

  • The Assigned Special Tax for Non-Residential Property shall be based on the Zone in which the Assessor’s Parcel is located and the Acreage, Developed Floor Area, or number of Hotel/Motel Rooms for such Assessor’s Parcel.

  • Per Lot, all Developed Floor Area on a Lot up to and including 5,000 square feet shall not be assessed a fee.

  • Gross Floor Area means the total floor area, measured between the outside of exterior walls or between the outside of exterior walls and the centre line of party walls dividing the building from another building, of all floors above the average level of finished ground adjoining the building at its exterior walls;

  • Total Floor Area means, the sum total of the total areas of all floors in a building or structure whether at above or below grade measured between the exterior faces of the exterior walls of the building or structure or from the centre line of a common wall separating two uses or from the outside edge of a floor where the outside edge of the floor does not meet an exterior or common wall, and;

  • Floor Area means the gross floor area of the specific use.

  • Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of living area within the perimeter of a residential structure, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, patio, enclosed patio, or similar area. The determination of Residential Floor Area shall be made by reference to the building permit(s) issued for such Assessor’s Parcel.

  • Floor Area Ratio means the sum of the area of all floors of

  • Square Footage means the total gross horizontal areas of all floors, including usable basement and cellars, below the roof and within the outer surface of the main walls of buildings (or the center lines of party walls separating such buildings or portions thereof) or within lines drawn parallel to and two feet within the roof line of any building or portion thereof without walls (which includes, notwithstanding paragraph 3 below, the square footage of all porches), and including pedestrian access walkways or corridors, but excluding the following:

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Floor Area Ratio (FAR) means the quotient obtained by dividing the total covered area (plinth area) on all floors by the area of plot.

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Passenger area means the area designed to seat the driver and passengers while a motor vehicle is in operation and any area that is readily accessible to the driver or a passenger while in his or her seating position, including but not limited to any type of glove or storage compartment accessible to passengers or driver.

  • Protected Space Operations means all Launch or Transfer Vehicle activities, ISS activities, and Payload activities on Earth, in outer space, or in transit between Earth and outer space in implementation of the IGA, MOUs concluded pursuant to the IGA, implementing arrangements, and contracts to perform work in support of NASA's obligations under these Agreements. It includes, but is not limited to:

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.
