Development Entitlements definition

Development Entitlements means those documents and materials governing development of the Property listed on Exhibit B attached hereto.
Development Entitlements means those documents and materials governing development of the Property listed on Exhibit N attached hereto.
Development Entitlements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.29.

Examples of Development Entitlements in a sentence

  • Such taxes on such property may be levied only if the County determines, in its sole discretion that the special taxes allocable to such services generated by properties with other Development Entitlements are insufficient to fund the level of such services then required to serve the Specific Plan.

  • Failure of Developer to fund the fair share allocable to the Property, or portion thereof, within an approved Development Phase of the costs of the required Phased Improvements, as determined by the Development Group, may result in the Development Group’s refusal to issue and/or revocation of any previously issued Good Standing Certificate required to obtain Development Entitlements, including building permits, from the County for development of the Property, or portion thereof.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Demo Permit Application is not one of the Development Entitlements but without the Demo Permit, it is not possible to commence development.

  • Lessor shall not unreasonably withhold, condition, or delay its approval of any of the same and Lessor shall not disapprove any such submittal on grounds that are inconsistent with (i) the approved Development Entitlements for the Hotel, (ii) applicable Governmental Requirements, or (ii) Lessor's standard policies and procedures.

  • In accordance with the requirements of Section 1.14 of the South OPA, Assignee hereby acknowledges that it has reviewed the South OPA and, subject to the Excluded Rights and Obligations, agrees to be bound by the South OPA and all conditions and restrictions applicable to the Transferred Property, including, without limitation, all conditions and restrictions contained in the Plan Documents and the Development Entitlements that are applicable to the Transferred Property.

  • Buyer acknowledges that Buyer received and reviewed, before the Termination Deadline, copies of the Development Entitlements (including, without limitation, the RMP and the Environmental Covenant).

Related to Development Entitlements

  • Development Approvals means all permits and other entitlements for use subject to approval or issuance by CITY in connection with development of the Property including, but not limited to:

  • Development Agreements means all development, utility or similar agreements included in the Permitted Encumbrances.

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.

  • Development means any man-made change to improved or unimproved real estate, including, but not limited to, buildings or other structures, mining, dredging, filling, grading, paving, excavation or drilling operations, or storage of equipment or materials.

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Development Authority means the New Jersey Schools

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Redevelopment entity means a municipality or an entity

  • Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.

  • Development Property means a Property currently under development for use as an office or industrial building that has not become a Stabilized Property, or on which the improvements (other than tenant improvements on unoccupied space) related to the development have not been completed, provided that such a Development Property on which all improvements (other than tenant improvements on unoccupied space) related to the development of such Property have been completed for at least twelve (12) months shall cease to constitute a Development Property notwithstanding the fact that such Property has not become a Stabilized Property.

  • Construction Activities means the disturbance of soils associated with clearing, grading, excavation activities or other construction-related activities.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Project Agreements means collectively, this Concession Agreement, the Financing Documents, Construction Agreements and Operation & Maintenance Agreements, in each case as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time and any other agreements or contract that may be entered into by the Concessionaire with any person in connection with matters relating to, arising out of or incidental to the Project.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Project Activities means the activities to be undertaken or Works to be delivered or Property to be contributed or provided by you, your approved Sub-Grantees or your approved sub- contractors as summarised in the Particulars and more particularly described in the Agreed Proposal for which Xxxxx is payable under this Agreement;

  • Development regulations or "regulation" means the controls

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.
