Device Acceptance Time definition
Device Acceptance Time has the meaning given in the Mobile Device Terms. End User means, at any time in relation to an Account:
Offer Acceptance Time is defined in Section 1.1(h) of the Agreement.
Acceptance Time has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
Service Activation Date means the same as Activation Date.
Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.
Offer Closing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.01(f).
Deactivation Date means the date a generating unit within the PJM Region is either retired or mothballed and ceases to operate.
Programme Date means the date of this Base Prospectus.
lowest acceptable tender means a tender that complies with all specifications and conditions of tender and that has lowest price compared to other tenders;
Acceptance Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(2).
Activation Date means the date upon which MLBFS shall cause the WCMA Line of Credit to be fully activated under MLPF&S' computer system as part of the WCMA Program.
Termination Time means the time at which the right to exercise Rights shall terminate pursuant to Section 5.1 hereof.
Offer Conditions has the meaning set forth in Section 1.01(b).
XXXX Acceptance Form means the “Acceptance Form for End User License Agreement (for SAP On Premise indirect sales)” which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.
Required Disclosure Date means (x) if such Buyer authorized the delivery of such Confidential Information, either (I) if the Company and such Buyer have mutually agreed upon a date (as evidenced by an e-mail or other writing) of Disclosure of such Confidential Information, such agreed upon date or (II) otherwise, the seventh (7th) calendar day after the date such Buyer first received any Confidential Information or (y) if such Buyer did not authorize the delivery of such Confidential Information, the first (1st) Business Day after such Buyer’s receipt of such Confidential Information.
Programme Effective Date means 5 December 2017.
Cooling-Off Period Shall refer to the period of ten (10) calendar days commencing from and including the date of this Contract.
Rollover Notification Date shall be defined as set forth in the Prospectus under "Summary of Essential Information."
Final Acceptance Date means the date on which Final Acceptance occurs.
Inactive Trading Account means a Client's trading account which has not had an open position, pending order, or non-trading operation in 3 months period.
Outside Date has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(b).
Leave application date means the date on which a person granted stateless leave made an application to remain in the UK as a stateless person under the immigration rules (within the meaning given in section 33(1) of the Immigration Act 1971).
Optional Interconnection Study Agreement means the form of agreement for preparation of an Optional Interconnection Study, as set forth in Tariff, Attachment N-3.
Order Acceptance has the meaning given in clause 1.2.

Implementation Date means the date, occurring after the Approval Date, on which the Merger is implemented by the Merging Parties;
Supplemental Retirement Plan means (i) the Company’s Amended and Restated Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, (ii) the Company’s Supplemental Management Retirement Plan, (iii) the Company’s Amended and Restated Top Hat Restoration Plan, and (iv) the Company’s Defined Contribution Restoration Plan.
