Device Category definition

Device Category means the category outlined for your Registered Device as advised in your Agreement and the supported Device list on the Website at the time of your enrolment. Device Non-Return Fee is the fair market value cost to replace your original Registered Device or, if the model of your original Registered Device is no longer available, a similar device in the same Device Category, and which may include any administration fee applied in connection with the failure to return.
