Dewatering Permit definition

Dewatering Permit means a permit issued for the discharge of surplus water from a Land Disturbing Activity, Construction Activity, utility vault, or domestic water facilities into ACHD storm drain system or MS4, ditches, or drains.

  • Operating Permit means a permit issued pursuant to section 10 of this local law. The term “Operating Permit” shall also include an Operating Permit which is renewed, amended or extended pursuant to any provision of this local law.
