Digital Sign definition

Digital Sign means a changeable copy sign that uses a matrix of illumination elements, such as light emitting diodes (LED), liquid crystal display (LCD), plasma display, individual light bulbs, or other digital or analog electronic media to display or project copy which can be modified by electronic processes.
Digital Sign means a sign where the message or sign copy can be altered by electric or electronic means.
Digital Sign means any Sign that is remotely changed on or off site and has a message duration time established. Digital Signs incorporate a technology or method allowing the Sign to change Copy without having to physically or mechanically replace the Sign face or its components. All Digital Signs shall be considered a discretionary use.
