Athletics Department. If this Contract is terminated for cause, the University shall have no further liability except for base salary and fringe benefits accrued to the date of termination. Nothing in this Section shall prevent, limit or otherwise interfere with the University’s right to terminate the services of the Coach without cause at any time subject to the provisions of Section 12 herein. Coach expressly agrees that nothing in this agreement creates any expectancy of or property interest in continued employment and no University Administrative Policy addressing or governing progressive discipline, discharge or the appeal process for discharge shall be applicable to Coach.

BULLYING/HARASSMENT POLICY The Board of Education supports a secure school climate, conducive to teaching and learning that is free from threat, harassment and any type of bullying behavior. The purpose of this policy is to promote consistency of approach and to help create a climate in which all types of bullying are regarded as unacceptable.
