LIGHT BULBS. It is agreed that all light fixtures and appliances have a working and proper wattage light bulb or globe. Tenant agrees to maintain working light bulbs for all exterior light fixtures during tenancy. Tenant further agrees to replace all expired light bulbs with the appropriate style, color, and wattage prior to vacating. Upon termination of this tenancy all missing or expired light bulbs will be replaced at Tenant’s expense.
LIGHT BULBS. The Student is responsible for replacing electric light bulbs in the Room; these can be obtained free of charge from the Porters Lodge. Light bulbs that are difficult to replace (e.g. xxxxxx lights) will be replaced by the Maintenance Department. Light bulbs must not be removed from any public areas, particularly stairways, landings and corridors.
LIGHT BULBS. The premises shall be supplied with LED energy efficient light bulbs at the time of occupancy. Resident and Co-tenants are responsible for furnishing replacement LED light bulbs thereafter and shall have replacements upon vacating at the end of the Lease Term. Landlord as a courtesy will leave some additional LED light bulbs in the Unit’s 0xx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx for the Residents to use for replacements.
LIGHT BULBS. Landlord shall perform such replacement of lamps, fluorescent tubes and lamp ballasts in the Leased Premises and in the Building as may be required from time to time. If the lighting fixtures in the Leased Premises are other than those furnished at the beginning of the Lease Term, Tenant shall pay Landlord's charge for replacing the lamps, lamp ballasts and fluorescent tubes in such lighting fixtures so installed by Tenant within thirty (30) days after receipt of Landlord's bxxx.
LIGHT BULBS. Tenant will replace any light bulb not operating at termination of lease or pay up to $5.00 per bulb. Landlord certifies that all light bulbs are in working order at the time the tenant takes possession of the apartment.
LIGHT BULBS. Before occupancy of the rental property, all light bulbs will be installed and in good working order. Thereafter, tenants are required to provide and change all bulbs within or switch controlled from their premises, no matter where located, at their own expense.
LIGHT BULBS. Each apartment is furnished with working light bulbs at the time the resident(s) take possession. Thereafter, the expense of any replacement bulbs necessary or required will be the responsibility of the residents.
LIGHT BULBS. Landlord will supply light bulbs in receptacles owned by Landlord at the time Tenant moves into the Premises. Tenant shall furnish replacement light bulbs thereafter and shall leave the Premises with working light bulbs when the tenancy is terminated. If Tenant does not leave the Premises with working light bulbs when the tenancy is terminated, Tenant shall pay Landlord for the costs of replacing the light bulbs and such costs shall constitute additional Rent.
LIGHT BULBS. Tenant will change light bulbs in all lighting fixtures in the Premises during the Lease Term, and leave working light bulbs in all lighting fixtures at the end of the Lease Term.
LIGHT BULBS. Burned out light bulbs are to be replaced and not to exceed (60 Xxxxx). If there is already compact florescent light (CFL) in fixture and it is burned out, tenant is to replace that bulb with a (CFL) bulb at his or her expense. BPM would like to request that all tenants replace blown-out incandescent light bulbs with (CFL) bulbs. Vanity bulbs however are to be replaced with similar vanity bulbs at Tenant’s expense.
