Dilution Reserve Amount definition

Dilution Reserve Amount means, at any time, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Dilution Reserve Percentage at such time and (ii) the Net Receivables Balance at such time.
Dilution Reserve Amount means, on any day, the product of (i) the Dilution Reserve Percentage and (ii) the Net Receivables Balance on such day.

Dilution Reserve Amount means an amount equal to the product of (i) the greater of (x) the Dilution Reserve Floor Percentage and (y) the Dilution Reserve Percentage, times (ii) the Net Pool Balance.
