Dilution Volatility Factor definition

Dilution Volatility Factor means as of any date, a percentage equal to the product of (i) the amount by which (A) the highest two month average Programme Dilution Ratio during the most recently ended twelve month period exceeds (B) the average of the Programme Dilution Ratios during such twelve month period and (ii) (A) the highest two month average Programme Dilution Ratio during such twelve month period divided by (B) the average of the Programme Dilution Ratios during such twelve month period.
Dilution Volatility Factor means, as of the last day of each calendar month, the product (expressed as a percentage) of (i) the amount by which (A) the highest Dilution Ratio for any of the twelve most recently ended calendar months exceeds (B) the average of the Dilution Ratios for the twelve most recently ended calendar months and (ii) a fraction equal to (A) the highest Dilution Ratio for any of the twelve most recently ended calendar months divided by (B) the average of the Dilution Ratios for the twelve most recently ended calendar months.
Dilution Volatility Factor means as of any date a percentage equal to the product of (a) the amount by which (i) the highest Dilution Ratio during the most recently ended twelve-month period exceeds (ii) the average of the Dilution Ratios during such twelve-month period and (b)(i) the highest Dilution Ratio during such twelve-month period divided by (ii) the average of the Dilution Ratios during such twelve month period.
