DIP Financing Agreement definition

DIP Financing Agreement means that certain Senior Secured Multi-Draw Term Promissory Note (as amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time), among the DIP Lender, the Company, as borrower, and the guarantors party thereto.
DIP Financing Agreement means the Senior Secured Super-Priority Debtor in Possession Financing Agreement, dated as of May 20, 2019, by and among the Debtors, the DIP Administrative Agent, and the DIP Lenders, as the same may be modified, amended or supplemented from time to time, in accordance with the terms thereof.
