Examples of DIP Secured Parties in a sentence
Any order entered by the Court in relation to the establishment of a bar date in any of the Chapter 11 Cases or Successor Cases shall not apply to any claim of any of the DIP Secured Parties or the Prepetition Secured Parties.
As used herein, the term “Cash Collateral” shall mean all of the Debtors’ cash except for cash that is an Excluded Asset, wherever located and held, including cash in deposit accounts, that constitutes or will constitute “cash collateral” of the Prepetition Secured Parties and DIP Secured Parties within the meaning of section 363(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.
The Debtors are unable to obtain credit for borrowed money without granting the DIP Liens and the DIP Superpriority Claim (defined below) to (or for the benefit of) the DIP Secured Parties.
Nothing contained herein is intended to constitute, nor shall be construed as consent to, the allowance of any Professional Person’s fees, costs or expenses by any party and shall not affect the rights of the DIP Secured Parties or the Prepetition Secured Parties to object to the allowance of any such amounts incurred or requested.
No attorney or advisor to the DIP Secured Parties or any Prepetition Secured Party shall be required to file an application seeking compensation for services or reimbursement of expenses with the Court.
