Eligibility list is the list of Members for whom Medical Group shall provide or arrange Covered Services.
Eligibility list is a list established following a competition to fill an immediate need or anticipated needs for identical or similar positions to those for which it was established (See Appendix Q). Where an eligibility list is to be established, the Corporation shall indicate the period for which it is valid prior to the competition. This period shall not exceed twelve (12) months from the date it is established.
