Director of Parks definition

Director of Parks means the director of parks of Montgomery Parks of his/her designee.

Director of Parks means the Township’s Director of Community Services and includes any persons designated by the Director of Community Services to act on his or her behalf with respect to matters contained in this Agreement;

Director of Parks means the person employed by the City as the head of its Parks, Recreation and Facilities department or a successor position with the same responsibilities as the position designated in this bylaw.

• All trees required to be removed shall be removed prior to the issuance of a building permit unless otherwise directed by the Director of Parks and Open Space.

• No trees shall be removed for the purpose of construction without the approval of the Director of Parks and Open Space.

• All trees required to be preserved shall be protected during building operations to the satisfaction of the Director of Parks and Open Space including the area required for the stockpiling of excess earth within the plan of subdivision, and the Owner will not call for the issue of a building permit for any lot until all trees to be preserved on the lot have been satisfactorily protected in accordance with the standards established by the Town of Oakville.

• The Tree Preservation Plan will be implemented to the satisfaction of the Director of Parks and Open Space prior to the registration of the plan of subdivision.

• If the Owner is unable to obtain the approval of the abutting owner, it will obtain the approval of tree protection to the satisfaction of the Director of Parks and Open Space prior to the issuance of a building permit for that Lot.

• Hauling of soil on- or off-site shall not occur during the morning or evening peak periods (between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.), and at other times as specified by the Director of Parks and Public Works.

• Unless specifically allowed by the Director of Parks and Public Works, the grading permit will be issued concurrently with the building permit.

• The Owner will preserve and protect all such trees within the plan in accordance with good practice except those trees which he has the approval of the Director of Parks and Open Space to remove and no trees will be removed without such approval.

• In no event will more than three (3) nurses in any one (1) year be permitted to take such leave.

• The agreement must be completed and accepted by the Director of Parks and Public Works, and subsequently recorded by the Town Clerk at the Santa Clara County Office of the Clerk-Recorder, prior to the issuance of any grading or building permits.

More Definitions of Director of Parks

Director of Parks means the person appointed by the City to perform the duties and functions of the position of the Director of Parks, Recreation, and Facilities, as that position title is amended from time to time, and persons acting under the authority of the Director of Parks;

Director of Parks means the Town employee holding the position of Director of Parks, Recreation and Culture and/or the person identified by the CAO as holding the responsibility for the management of park and facility maintenance operations, or their designate from time to time.
