Director Options definition

Director Options means Nonqualified Options granted to Nonemployee Directors pursuant to the applicable terms, conditions and limitations specified in paragraph 9(a) hereof.

Director Options means the outstanding options to acquire Shares granted to directors of the Company.

Director Options means options granted to Non-Employee Board Directors pursuant to Article 14 of the Plan, including Initial Director Options and Annual Director Options.

Examples of Director Options in a sentence

• The Company will not apply for quotation of the Director Options on ASX.

• This will give Optionholders the opportunity to exercise their Director Options prior to the date for determining entitlements to participate in any such issue.

• All Shares allotted upon the exercise of Director Options will upon allotment rank pari passu in all respects with other Shares.

• There are no participating rights or entitlements inherent in the Director Options and Optionholders will not be entitled to participate in new issues of capital offered to Shareholders during the currency of the Director Options.

• Within 10 Business Days of receipt of the Exercise Notice accompanied by the Exercise Price, the Company will allot the number of Shares required under these terms and conditions in respect of the number of Director Options specified in the Exercise Notice.

More Definitions of Director Options

Director Options means non-qualified Options awarded under Section 6.3.

Director Options means Company Options granted to an individual who, at the time of grant, was a member of the Board of Directors of the Company (including any such member who is also an employee of the Company).
