Director Selection Committee definition

Director Selection Committee means the committee established pursuant to Section 7.2(b) of the Plan, the members of which are identified in the Plan Supplement.

More Definitions of Director Selection Committee

Director Selection Committee means the subcommittee consisting of the Prepetition Noteholder Representatives, the Lender Representatives and the Debtor Representative, that will recommend the initial board of directors of New LINC and each of the Reorganized Debtors, in accordance with Section IV.C.2.
Director Selection Committee means the committee responsible for recommending to the Board necessary and desirable director candidates for appointment or election. ‘Effective Date’ means the date this Agreement becomes effective, being the day after the Agreement Date.
