Disaster Recovery Environment definition

Disaster Recovery Environment means Licensee’s technical environment designed solely to allow Licensee to respond to an interruption in service due to an event beyond Licensee’s control that creates an inability on Licensee’s part to provide critical business functions for a material period of time.
Disaster Recovery Environment means an inactive Environment which is used for Production in the event of a Disaster when the Production Environment fails.
Disaster Recovery Environment means the IT environment to be made available by Hitachi Energy to the Customer for Service continuity in the event of a Disaster.

Disaster Recovery Environment means Customer's technical environment designed solely to allow Customer to respond to an interruption in service due to an event beyond Customer’s control that creates an inability on Customer’s part to provide critical business functions for a material period of time.
Disaster Recovery Environment or “DR Environment” means a secured and isolated portion of the Unitrends Cloud Services that maintains the Customer’s Protected Servers, and is available to the Customer via SSL Client VPN during DR Testing or DR Events.
