Hitachi Energy definition

Hitachi Energy means the Hitachi Energy contracting entity providing services to Customer under the Agreement and processing Personal Data on behalf of Customer. Parties agree that this DPA sets forth their obligations with respect to the processing and security of Personal Data in connection with the services that Hitachi Energy provides in a capacity as Processor in accordance with the Agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this DPA and the Agreement, this DPA shall prevail.
Hitachi Energy means Hitachi Energy Ltd, Switzerland and/or one or more of its Affiliates as the context requires, subject to Sections 13.1 and 13.18.
Hitachi Energy means Hitachi Energy Australia Pty Ltd.

Hitachi Energy refers to the member of the Hitachi Energy Group that enters into the Agreement to provide any Hitachi Energy Enterprise Software Solutions product as a service and "Customer" refers to the other party to that Agreement. These GTCs apply to any access to or use of any Hitachi Energy Enterprise Software Solutions product as a service by Customer pursuant to the Agreement. In these GTCs, references to Sections are to the numbered sections in these GTCs.
