Disclosing Parties definition

Disclosing Parties has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 12.11.

More Definitions of Disclosing Parties

Disclosing Parties means the Company and Conductus, Inc., the parties to the Merger. "Confidential Information" means all information or material concerning the Merger and the combined operations of the two companies following the Merger which has been or is hereafter disclosed to the Investor by either Disclosing Party, whether or not such information is identified as Confidential Information by one or both Disclosing Parties. "Recipient" means an Investor and all its affiliates, subsidiaries, and related companies of Recipient. "Representative" means Recipient's directors, officers, employees, agents, and financial, legal, and other advisors.
Disclosing Parties means the Borrowers and/or the Guarantor.
Disclosing Parties means, collectively, the Disclosing Party, its Subsidiaries and any of its Representatives (including the Sales Agent);
