Discontinued Facility definition

Discontinued Facility means any facility, element, arrangement or the like that the Federal Unbundling Rules do not require Frontier to provide on an unbundled basis to Stratus, whether because the facility was never subject to an unbundling requirement under the Federal Unbundling Rules, because the facility by operation of law has ceased or ceases to be subject to an unbundling requirement under the Federal Unbundling Rules, or otherwise.

  • Verizon shall not be required to perform any routine network modifications to any facility that is or becomes a Discontinued Facility.
