Discovery Collaboration definition

Discovery Collaboration means the performance of the Discovery Activities by Galapagos and AbbVie during the Discovery Term in accordance with the Discovery Work Plan and this Agreement.
Discovery Collaboration means collaboration between the Parties regarding the Discovery and/or Development of potential RNAi Compounds directed to a Designated Target [**], pursuant to the terms of Article IV.
Discovery Collaboration means collaboration between the Parties regarding the Discovery, Development, Manufacture, and/or Commercialization of Licensed Products pursuant to the terms of Article IV.

More Definitions of Discovery Collaboration

Discovery Collaboration means the collaborative discovery research activities to be conducted by the Parties pursuant to this Agreement.
Discovery Collaboration means any Immunex research collaboration ----------------------- with a Third Party to identify New Product Leads (as defined herein), including but not limited to, collaborations involving molecule screening, rational drug design, genomics research, biological activity testing, or creation of transgenics.
Discovery Collaboration means the collection of Discovery Projects to be performed by the Parties under this Agreement as described in the Discovery Plan and amendments thereto.
Discovery Collaboration means that certain discovery collaboration entered into between BMS and Pharmacopeia of even date herewith, a copy of which is set forth in Appendix 3.

Related to Discovery Collaboration

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing (solely or jointly by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing) in the course of [***].

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Collaboration IP means Collaboration Know-How and Collaboration Patents.

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Program Technology means Program Know-How and Program Patents.

  • Collaboration Patent Rights means Patent Rights claiming Collaboration Know-How.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Development Candidate means a Compound that meets the Development Candidate Criteria for the initiation of a Development Program for the treatment of CF, and which is the subject of a notice from Vertex to CFFT that Vertex intends to commence formal pre-clinical development of the Compound in the Field pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Manufacturing Technology means any and all patents, patent applications, Know-How, and all intellectual property rights associated therewith, and including all tangible embodiments thereof, that are necessary or useful for the manufacture of adeno- associated viruses, adeno-associated virus vectors, research or commercial reagents related thereto, Licensed Products, or other products, including manufacturing processes, technical information relating to the methods of manufacture, protocols, standard operating procedures, batch records, assays, formulations, quality control data, specifications, scale up, any and all improvements, modifications, and changes thereto, and any and all activities associated with such manufacture. Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.

  • Collaboration Patents means any and all Patents that claim or cover any of the Collaboration Know-How.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Developed Technology means any Technology including, without limitation, any enhancements, substitutions or improvements to the Core Technology that is (a) discovered, developed or otherwise acquired by DURA pursuant to the terms of the Development Agreement or (b) otherwise acquired by or on behalf of Xxxxxx Corp. II during the term of the Development Agreement.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.
