Examples of Discretionary Employer Contributions in a sentence
Each participant in the Savings Plan may elect to reduce his or her compensation by any percentage, not to exceed 15% of compensation when combined with any Matching Basic or Discretionary Employer Contributions (below) made on behalf of the participant, and have such amount contributed to his or her account under the Savings Plan.
These exclusions shall not apply for purposes of the "Top Heavy" requirements in Section 9.03 or for allocating Discretionary Employer Contributions if an Integrated Formula is elected in Section 1.05(a)(2).
Each Participant shall at all times have a one hundred percent (100%) Vested Interest in the value of his Discretionary Employer Contributions Account.
In the event of a suspension of the Plan, the Employer shall continue all aspects of the Plan, other than Compensation Deferrals and Discretionary Employer Contributions, during the period of the suspension, in which event payments hereunder will continue to be made during the period of the suspension in accordance with Sections 5 and 6.
