Dispensary permit definition

Dispensary permit means a medical marijuana dispensary permit issued pursuant to this chapter.
Dispensary permit means a City permit to operate a Medical Cannabis Dispensary pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Chapter and the conditions of approval for the permit.

  • Parking Permit means a season ticket, contract permit, business permit, staff permit, disabled badge or resident’s permit of a type and design issued by the Council;
