Disputed Calculations definition

Disputed Calculations has the meaning given such term in Section 4.5(b)(ii).
Disputed Calculations has the meaning to it in Section 6.20(d).
Disputed Calculations shall have the meaning set forth in Section 15.1.

Examples of Disputed Calculations in a sentence

  • If GS notifies the Board in writing of any Disputed Calculations within the aforementioned five (5) business day period, such disagreement shall be resolved pursuant to Section 4.5(b)(iii).

  • If the Company and the Seller do not resolve all Disputed Calculations by the end of thirty (30) days after the date of delivery of the Deferred Payment Calculation Dispute Notice, then the Company and the Seller will submit the remaining Disputed Calculations to the Independent Accounting Firm for resolution.

  • Disputed Amounts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(iii).

  • Benchmark Determination Date means (a) if the Benchmark is LIBOR, the LIBOR Determination Date, (b) if the Benchmark is Term SOFR, the date that is two Business Days before the first day of the applicable Accrual Period, (c) if the Benchmark is Compounded SOFR, the date that is five Business Days before the last day of the applicable Accrual Period and (d) if the Benchmark is any other rate, the date determined by the Trust according to Section 2.16 of the Indenture.

  • True-Up Adjustment means any Annual True-Up Adjustment or Interim True-Up Adjustment, as the case may be.

  • Settlement Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).

  • Accounting Reference Date means 31 December of each year.

  • Reference mass means the mass of the vehicle in running order less the uniform mass of the driver of 75 kg and increased by a uniform mass of 100 kg.
