Disputed Claim Reserve definition

Disputed Claim Reserve means the property for distribution to holders of Allowed Claims to be reserved pending allowance of Disputed Claims in accordance with Article X of the Plan.
Disputed Claim Reserve means the reserve accounts established pursuant to this Plan for funding Disputed Claims if such Claims are ultimately allowed by Final Order and which are to be held pending resolution of Disputed Claims by the entry of a Final Order allowing or disallowing such Disputed Claim[s].
Disputed Claim Reserve means one or more reserves of such Cash as the Creditor Trust estimates to be reasonably necessary to satisfy the Distributions that could be required to be made by the Creditor Trust under the Plan and the Creditor Trust Agreement on account of Allowed Administrative Claims, Priority Claims, Professional Compensation Claims, GUC Cash Election Claims, or otherwise.

  • If no such estimation is requested with respect to a liquidated Disputed Claim, the Plan Agent will reserve Cash in the Disputed Claim Reserve Account based on the Face Amount of such Claim until the Claim is Allowed by an order of the Bankruptcy Court, at which time the reserve amount pending a Final Order may be the amount so Allowed.

More Definitions of Disputed Claim Reserve

Disputed Claim Reserve means the reserve of Special Warrants created pursuant to Article VII.F. of this Plan.
Disputed Claim Reserve means the reserve account established upon Confirmation to satisfy all Disputed Claims, to the extent that such claims become Allowed Claims pursuant to a Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court or upon written agreement between the Plan Administrator and the Claim holder.
