Examples of Disputed Details in a sentence

  • The Sellers’ Representative and the Buyer will meet and discuss the Disputed Details in order to seek to reach agreement upon such adjustments (if any) to the draft Net Debt Statement and Working Capital Statement as are acceptable to the Buyer and the Sellers in order to put such draft document in final form.

  • Billing Dispute means the dispute of an invoice prepared by an Operator to the Other Operator which is made in good faith.

  • Technical Dispute has the meaning specified in Section 12.2;
