After all Disputed General Unsecured Claims have been either Allowed or Disallowed, each holder of an Allowed General Unsecured Claim shall receive its Pro Rata Share of any Cash remaining in the Disputed General Unsecured Claims Reserve.
Once the Disputed General Unsecured Claims have been resolved, the Disputed General Unsecured Claims Reserve shall be dissolved.
As soon as reasonably practicable, but prior to making any Distribution to Holders of General Unsecured Claims, the Liquidating Trustee shall establish the Disputed General Unsecured Claims Reserve and shall reserve thereto the amount of cash as deemed necessary by the Liquidating Trustee to fund the Disputed General Unsecured Claims Reserve in accordance with the provisions of the Plan.
