Disputed Monetary Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 14.01(a).

  • The Arbitration Tribunal or Sole Arbitrator, as applicable, shall not take into consideration in determining the liability of the Delinquent Member, a decision by such Delinquent Member to pay the Disputed Monetary Amount prior to the commencement of the Arbitration Proceeding.

Related to Disputed Monetary Amount

  • Monetary value means a medium of exchange, whether or not redeemable in money.

  • Estimated Transaction Expenses has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).

  • Final Adjustment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).

  • Recovery Amount means, with respect to any period prior to the Termination Date, the amount of collected funds received by the Assuming Institution that (i) are applicable against a Foreclosure Loss calculated in accordance with Exhibits 2c(1)-(3), or (iii) gains realized from a Section 4.1 sale of Single Family Shared-Loss Loans for which the Assuming Institution has previously received a Restructuring Loss payment from the Receiver (iv) or any incentive payments from national programs paid to an investor or borrower on loans that have been modified or otherwise treated (short sale or foreclosure) in accordance with Exhibit 5.

  • Final Determination Date means the following:

  • Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.

  • Seller Remittance Amount With respect to each Servicer, the meaning assigned to such term in the related Servicing Agreement.

  • Required Payment Amount shall have, for any Distribution Date, the meaning specified for such Distribution Date in Section 4.6(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Rebate Amount means the amount, if any, required to be rebated to the United States pursuant to Section 148(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the regulations and rulings thereunder.

  • Post-Closing Adjustment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(b)(ii).
