Disputed Services definition

Disputed Services is as defined in clause 7.3;
Disputed Services is defined in Section 4.1(e) of the MSA.
Disputed Services means Services that are not provided in a Timely and/or Professional manner.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon CRO’s failure to complete any Services in a Timely and Professional manner, BIOMARIN may, at its option, provide CRO a notice of default pursuant to Section 5(C) in lieu of providing a Disputed Services Notice pursuant to this Section 4.

  • The ALJ orders the Carrier to reimburse the Provider $36 for the one necessary service and denies the Provider’s request to be reimbursed for the remaining Disputed Services.

Related to Disputed Services

  • Contracted Services means covered services that are to be provided by the Contractor under the terms of this Contract.
