Distribution Fees definition

Distribution Fees shall have the meaning provided in the Company’s Prospectus.
Distribution Fees means all fees payable pursuant to a plan contemplated by Rule 12b-1 under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, in connection with the distribution of shares of W&R Funds that are open-end funds.
Distribution Fees means any ongoing distribution fees, dealer manager fees or similar fees (as distinguished from up-front or one-time selling commissions and dealer manager fees) payable pursuant to any dealer manager agreement between the General Partner and the Dealer Manager with respect to outstanding REIT Shares or Partnership Units.

More Definitions of Distribution Fees
