Platform Fees. The Issuer will enter into a separate Platform Agreement with LEX Markets that will contain the material terms set forth in the attached Annex III.
Platform Fees. Synacor shall first subtract applicable monthly Platform Fees from Client’s share of the Net Search Revenue and Net Advertising Revenue prior to distributing the remainder of Client’s revenue share in accordance with subsections (i) and (ii) of this Section 4.b.
Platform Fees. FundQuest shall pay Envestnet all undisputed fees (the “Platform Fees”) in respect of Platform Services (detailed in Exhibit A) at the rates specified in Exhibit B. Envestnet shall calculate program fees and deliver final fee calculations to FundQuest.

Platform Fees. The cost of the Platform Services will depend on your agreement with the Platform Provider and should be made clear in your Platform Agreement. We are not responsible for and have no control over any Platform Fees or other amounts that the Platform Provider may charge you for the Platform Services or require you to pay.
Platform Fees. Each month, You will pay all fees specified in Order Form which is equal to the PEPM multiplied by the greater of: (a) the Minimum Employee Commitment; and (b) the number of Employees actually elected by You, plus additional applicable Taxes (the “Platform Fee”). Except as otherwise specified herein or in an Order Form: (i) Platform Fees are based on the terms of the MSA and the Additional Documents not actual usage, (ii) Platform Fee payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable, and (iii) the Minimum Employee Commitment cannot be decreased during the relevant subscription term.
