District Community means students, administrators, teachers, staff, and all other school personnel, including Board members, agents, or other persons subject to the control and supervision of the Board.

For purposes of this definition, a Student is deemed a member of the District Community while enrolled in, or in the process of applying for, enrollment as a Student at any of the colleges within the District. A Student does not have to be physically located on District property for their behavior to be governed by this Student Code of Conduct.
