District Conference definition

District Conference means the District Conference referred to in Article XI.
District Conference. The leader and spouse should attend the annual District Conference. Expenses to attend including accommodation, travel, food and registration will be covered according to district policy.
District Conference means the biennial session of the membership to conduct the business of the District required by the Policy on District Organization. The "District Executive Committee” or “DEXCOM" is the Board. Any reference herein to the Board or "directors" means the District Executive Committee.
