District Executive Committee definition

District Executive Committee means the Committee constituted under section 55;
District Executive Committee means the Recipient’s entity, under the supervisory authority of the respective District Assembly, established and operating pursuant to the Recipient’s laws, and which is responsible for District- level development planning and monitoring and evaluation.
District Executive Committee means a committee established pursuant to the Local Government Act, Chapter 22:01 of the laws of the Recipient, and referred to in paragraph (e) of Section II of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
