District Level Committee definition

District Level Committee or “DLC” means the committee constituted by the State Government for a District from time to time under clause (b) of sub-rule (1) of rule 2 of the Rajasthan Stamps Rules, 2004.
District Level Committee means the Committee constituted under Rule 7 of the Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights), Rules, 2008;
District Level Committee means the committee established under Education Code 11.251, or a comparable committee if the district is exempted (or has exempted itself) from this provision.
