District Obligation definition

District Obligation means the portion of the Cost of transportation improvements included in the District Project that has been or is to be paid with Special Tax Revenues in accordance with Article IV of this District Contract.
District Obligation means an Original Obligation secured by proceeds of the Assessments. “District” means the Key Largo Wastewater Treatment District.

  • The Term of this District Contract shall commence on the Effective Date and terminate upon payment in full of the District Obligation.

  • Bank Product Collateralization means providing cash collateral (pursuant to documentation reasonably satisfactory to Agent) to be held by Agent for the benefit of the Bank Product Providers (other than the Hedge Providers) in an amount determined by Agent as sufficient to satisfy the reasonably estimated credit exposure with respect to the then existing Bank Product Obligations (other than Hedge Obligations).

  • Reimbursement Obligation the obligation of the Borrower to reimburse the Issuing Lender pursuant to Section 3.5 for amounts drawn under Letters of Credit.

  • Secured Swap Obligations means all Swap Obligations under any Secured Swap Agreement.

  • Cash Management Obligations means obligations owed by the Company or any Subsidiary to any Lender or a Cash Management Bank in respect of (1) any overdraft and related liabilities arising from treasury, depository and cash management services or any automated clearing house transfers of funds and (2) the Company’s or any Subsidiary’s participation in commercial (or purchasing) card programs at the Lender or any Affiliate (“card obligations”).
